Was in the DFS shop on Boucher Road & seen a settee we loved. I seen 1 of your workers called Robin & asked for assistance. He was very helpful & friendly & was able to answer all my questions & we had the sell completed within 30 mins. Robin made the sale effortless & told me how to look after the settee.

Buying my item was the easier bit
Buying my item was the easier bit, I knew what I was looking for before I went. BUT delivery has been a big issue. I have had several voice messages which I then had to return, got passed of with different excuses finally spoke to someone who gave me a delivery date only for no delivery made!! DFS this doesn't reflect well on you .

My Family and i felt really comfortable shopping today. Nothing was to much trouble no question was silly. Really treated like first class. The staff member was really polite and knew everything we needed to know. The staff was called Thomas. It was a pleasure to shop in his company.

Bought a bed within minutes..no hassle
We went in with an idea of what we wanted. Approached Anne for advice. Within minutes we had picked our bed, price & payments sorted. No messing about or confusion. Anne was excellent!
