My Family and i felt really comfortable shopping today. Nothing was to much trouble no question was silly. Really treated like first class. The staff member was really polite and knew everything we needed to know. The staff was called Thomas. It was a pleasure to shop in his company.

We recently visited DFS to look for a new sofa, and the service we received was excellent. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured, and he made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Our Dream Sofa Made Easy with Robin
We had a fantastic experience at DFS, and a special shout-out has to go to Robin in the Boucher Road store.
From the moment we arrived, Robin made us feel completely comfortable and never put us under any pressure. He took the time to help us choose our dream sofa, patiently talking us through all of the options and explaining everything clearly from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Robin is a real credit to the DFS team. We can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive. Thank you again for making the whole experience such a positive one!
