I had an excellent customer service experience at DFS. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including how to properly care for and maintain the sofa. They answered all my questions patiently and made the whole purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. I am very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate their professionalism. I would highly recommend DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

Edit: changed from 5 star to 2 star. I believed the customer service was great. But it’s not.

Ordered a sofa on the 7 day delivery option. Ordered a 3 seater, a 2 seater and an armchair. Been told now that the 3 and 2 seater are available but as there is a delay on the armchair they cannot deliver the 3 and 2. It’s been almost 2 weeks now since order and being told that it could be another 2 weeks until we receive them. Even though they are just sitting in their storage awaiting the delivery. Won’t do split delivery for us. The manager at the store said they would try and find us a temporary sofa until these can be delivered, but has not contacted me since. All empty promises, fake advertising, useless manager, terrible customer service as they won’t do split delivery even with my 2 sofas just sat in storage now collecting dust.

Forced to pick a sofa that’s displayed in order to get 7 day delivery, can’t fulfil promise, holding sofas hostage, terrible terrible service.

Very enjoyable visit and purchase to the store at Elvis Park.
Assistant was there to answer questions and give advice but not pushy which is probably why we purchased in the end.

Was greeted my saleslady who let us look round the store and was very helpful when ordering a new suite for our lounge. She was very informative and answered any questions we had too. A great customer service.

We had our furniture delivered. We paid to have all rubbish taken away. Firstly the sofa had a scratch on it. Secondly they filled my bin with polystyrene. I complained in person in store, waited over a week for someone to come out. They have just offered me £80 refund or a replacement seat which may not colour match or a luxury hamper !!! They don't know what they can do about my full bin.

No sales persons hassling you, lovely airy store, very relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble.

Good customer service , good quality products, good finance options. Will was very knowledgeable and very friendly and a pleasure to talk to .

The salesman who served us was great, nothing was too much trouble. He just let us look around the showroom asked us a couple of times if we were ok. And answered any questions we asked, I hate it when salesmen jump on you, we felt quite at ease .

Will served us, and even though we arrived only a few minutes before closing time, he couldn't of been more helpful and informative.

He made the whole process of buying very straight forward.
