The staff at the Droitwich store were very helpful. Provided all necessary information and explained in simple terms. Offered advice and suitable options based on our criteria. A very good service overall.

Purchase on a Monday
Quick service once I found someone to serve me. Also assisted by the fact that I knew what I wanted, so was not having a sales pitch on every item in the shop. Staff were polite and helpful. I wasn't consulted on delivery options. Just quoted and paid for the highest. Hence the drop of a star.

Our delivery charge is the same in-store, online and over the phone. Your delivery will be assembled in a room of your choice by professionals and the packaging of your furniture is then disposed of in a sustainable and responsible way.
We do apologise for the experience you have received when placing the order, we do apologise if the delivery charge was not mentioned as this is very disappointing to hear.

The staff member was helpful, friendly, polite & courteous. We explained what we were looking for, he took us to the sofas we wanted to view.
Went thro all the options colours,power recliner, manual option,etc.
Explained how to look after the sofas & detailed the payment options.

Was welcomed as soon as we walked in and was very friendly, let walk and try sofas. Was offered a coffee while we walked round and tried different sofas. I then choose the sofa I wanted and the lady was amazing and reassuring
