Very happy with the service & the customer care. Ryan was very helpful with all aspects of the knowledge of the purchase of reclining chair.

One problem communication is poor after assessment of my sofa was simple to pay for part if I was given the choice to do so o only when I visited the store all action had stopped till I payed for switch but no one told us only £45 for part so no issues on my side all done and payed now after second when told resulting in a two month wait for switch could have been done if there was more communication other than that staff are great as always we are repeat customer 3 or 4 sofas and a bed over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great customer service. Zara was so lovely and patient with me whilst I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

Helpful, relaxed rather than being too salesy, lots of choice in the showroom too.

George has the perfect balance of greeting the customer but not being pushy. My Husband n I have worked with the public all our working lifes. I trained managers in customer service for 25years then they trained there staff. George has it perfect

I went to DFS looking for the couch id fallen in love with since i saw it in ads last october till now. Karina helped me find what i needed and was fantastic when i realized forgot one of my measurements which meant i had to change my whole order to a different combination.. she sorted it out and everything went as planned. I cant wait for my new suite to arrive. Thank you Karina
