As we my husband and I was browsing and sitting on sofas, I caught the eye of a member of staff who showed me appropriate sofas that would benefit me as I have a disability, so needed higher seating and firm sofas. She was excellent in advising and colour choices and swatch service very knowledgeable.
I went there for green sofas and finally bought recliner set in grey resilience fabric .
I would recommend this store and staff service.

Kerry was informative, attentive friendly and caring (a paper cup.of cold water in the heatwave).3 previous assistants had also been helpful and realised I needed to take time to be sure of my purchase.

I had come in the previous week and she had been really helpful even though I had a lot of questions and was finding it hard to decide on chairs and dimensions. I made sure to come back this week and get a sofa and chair with Kerry’s help and I cannot thank her enough. She is a consummate professional.
