This is our 2nd sofa from DFS .. An amazing helpful team particularly Sameera who went through all details with us.

Moh gave us a warm and welcoming greeting as we entered the store. He was attentive and approachable, taking the time to understand our needs while also giving us the freedom and space to explore and choose the sofa that was right for us. His polite manner, excellent communication and genuine willingness to help made our experience at DFS enjoyable and stress-free. We would also like to extend our thanks to the other members of staff who assisted us during our previous visits.

We’ve purchased a sofabed at DFS Greenwich and we have been treated professionally and kindly by Mo, who explained very well all details, helped us get the right configuration for our needs and guided us through the whole process in a super efficient way. Thanks

When we arrived in store we were greeted by Samira and on telling her which sofa we were looking for she directed us to it and allowed us to sit and discuss our options when we were ready and called her over she came and was very polite helpful and not pushy we told her our requests and she was both professional and caring to our requirements not over pushing the options great customer service and would recommend DFS sofa!!!
