Sales person was friendly and helpful. He was able to answer well any questions we had.

We were very impressed by the salesman Victor , he helped us choose the right suite for our lounge. He had great customer service and wasn't pushy or annoying. But really knew his stuff. Well done 👏.

The store is welcoming with a great range of sofas to try out. The staff (we were served by Victor) was friendly, informative but not pushy in any way. He told us about all options and even welcomed our suggestion of going for a coffee before we decided if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase.
We didn't feel pressured at all and he made sure we were aware of all our options before proceeding.
All in all great service and great buying experience.

We were given chance to look around and then asked if we needed help. The guy was really helpful and knowledgeable and made the process simple.

I was greeted by a very nice friendly gentleman called Andrew who asked me exactly what kind of sofa I needed, he explained that there were lots of special offers where you got various pieces of furniture for the same delivery price which I thought was very good, I explained to him that I was a dog border and needed something quite robust but at the same time I was limited on space, also I needed a recliner so I could send longer periods of time at night with and dogs that needed company and settling in, he found the exact sofa I was looking for which also needed to be split in two different sections as I live in an upstairs flat, he also explained that the eaziglides would be a good option as I need to clean behind the sofa regularly, I opted for the extended warranty that he recommended because of any accidental damage to the sofa from the dogs.

Found what we wanted straight away. Cody , the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were assisted by Raymond who was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. We kept changing our minds but Raymond kept calm and talked us through the pro’s and con’s for each of our indecisions until we finally came to a definitive conclusion. Thanks Raymond

The people were nice and it was great using all the sofas to see which ones you like . I like how there was a big verity of different textures and colours on all the different sofas and it was very cheap because of the pay once every month in 4 years.😀

Good customer service. We were greeted by Lynda who was able to show us the colour swatch of the sofa we wanted and even though they didn’t have the actual sofa in the showroom we were able to try a similar design.

I found exactly what I was looking for in the way of a small coffee table, and the gentleman who served me was very friendly and helpful.

The store looks very good inside, all the furniture is laid out nicely with everything easy to find.
