Outstanding customer service
We received fantastic customer service from Lynda she's very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
We had a great price on our sofa and 4 years interest free credit too.

DFS Corner Sofa
Had such a positive experience looking for our new sofa, we chose a completely different one to that we’d seen online. The Manager took our order and explained the whole process . We received timely updates and our sofa arrived on time. We absolutely love it and couldn’t recommend DFS enough.

I was not bothered when walking around…
I was not bothered when walking around your store. When I did ask for help the advisors were very helpfull , no pressure and very knowledgeable about the sofa I was interested in.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM CORY
We arrived to buy a 3 piece suite. Cory the Sales Advisor was very professional and helped us. Explained everything we needed to know and very happy with what we have purchased. Can't wait to receive our order at the end of July.
