Stress free experience!
We were made to feel at ease while making our decision. Everything was explained and we were offered the extras, but no pressure was made for us to take them. Offered a drink and we weren’t rushed! Katrina was great

Amazing service
We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, offered help but also given plenty of time to freely wander around looking at our own pace, then when we had decided on our items Danny ( Maidstone store) was very informative about our items and explained everything/options well without being made to feel pressured into choosing ‘extras’ he also gave us private time to discuss our wishes. I would highly recommend Danny to friends and family.

He listened to what we wanted, put the package together. Explained the pricing policy very clearly.
Impressed that DFS, have a double check policy. with another salesperson, before final invoice produced and deposit taken.
