Nat was helpful explained all of the options for cushions, showed all the fabric choices, and offered stain treatments and care options. Explained delivery costs time scales and access requirements, pleasant, engaging and informative.

The shop was well laid out with plenty of room to stroll through. The staff were lovely especially Dan who was so helpful and obviously loves his job. Nothing was too much trouble and really made us feel welcome.

My wife and I called into DFS (Norwich) earlier today and was greeted with a very warm welcome by Chris, eventually we decided on what we needed and sat down to discuss our next steps and queries we had, all of which were answered and clarified by Chris, to the point that we placed an order there and then not overlooking Shaun who double checked our requirements.
Finally to say what a pleasurable experience as nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure or hard selling, we were just left to decide at our own pace. Such a change to find this approach in our modern world!
