Our experience was fantastic
Our experience was fantastic, upron arrival we were welcomed by Darren at the Oxford brand who made us feel very welcome. we were offered coffees and hot chocolates for the kids and made very comfortable. We didnt feel any pressure to buy and thats what made the exprience so enjoyable and led to our purchase. The kids even talked about the fun they had, which is unheard of when Sofa shopping.

My first order was wrong and so another…
My first order was wrong and so another order was processed. However the first order has not been cancelled! When I call DFS customer service they can’t cancel their side and instead I need to wait for the store to call me back to cancel. This should have been done in the first place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We do appreciate any feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention.
We are very sorry to hear the ordering process has not been satisfactory, this is very disappointing to hear and not the level of service we would expect for our customers.
After looking into the order I can see the order has been changed and we have made the relevant department aware the old agreement needs cancelling with the provider. The new order is now progressing as normal and we will be in touch once delivery is available to arrange.
