We went into the Oxford store and was greeted by Sid. He was very helpful and patient whilst we made our decision on which sofa to buy! He gave us all the information we needed and he was very friendly! We were even offered tea & coffee :) we are now counting down the days until our new sofa arrives!

The experience at the Oxford Store was a pleasant experience, we were listened to and and we were given lots of options and everything was explained (so far so good)!
Just waiting now for the suite and hopefully this will happen smoothly.

Staff Service
On arrival staff member (Steve S) greeted us with a warm welcome and told us to ask if help needed then left us to a leisurely browse - he was a perfect balance of being around but not in your face so much so that we sought him out when we had made a decision to buy he was informed and a good sales man without being pushy.
