I had viewed the sofa online, so I had an idea of what I wanted, once I was in the store I made my decision, Chloe (staff member) was very helpful and pleasant, I was more than happy with the service, she answered all my questions and the whole process took about twenty minutes ( I've been longer buying a dress), thanks again for a great service.

Prices are reasonable and an easy payment method, if required. We spoke with Tony, the Manager who was very friendly and informative.
