Helpful salesman
The gentleman that served us (lawrence) was very helpful and when my autistic child started to get a bit stressed about it taking a while he was quick to speed things up which was appreciated! We are looking forward to getting our new sofa

Great ! Lovely environment with plenty of choice of sofas to look and easy parking. Kyle our sales advisor was so easy to talk to and we were fussy ! He went through everything in great detail and simplified everything for us. Came out with a lovely new sofa and we are super happy

Lawrence in the Taunton store was super helpful and took time to explain all our options and help us to make a decision on our sofa of choice, without pressuring or hard selling. Neil the Superstar!
Neil was warm, welcoming and thoroughly knowledgeable. He allowed us to browse in our own time and then would step in at the right moments to answer questions. Sale was completed smoothly and without issue.
