Poor Delivery Experience of Sofas
We had a bad experience with the awful delivery man who was both rude and aggressive….I would think twice before buying from DFS again!

The customer service i received from Lawrence was up there with the best I have had. He remembered my name, after no more than a 5 minute chat 2 weeks prior, and what i was looking for. He explained everything very clearly. An amazing employee.
