Poor Delivery Experience of Sofas
We had a bad experience with the awful delivery man who was both rude and aggressive….I would think twice before buying from DFS again!

Lawrence, who assisted us, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He acknowledged us straight away but gave us space and time to browse allowing us space to make the right decision. As soon as we were ready he was there to help us go through everything, explaining the whole process in depth so we were completely happy with ordering. I would highly recommend due to our interaction with Lawrence.
