Informative Sales Person
The shop is well laid out. We kind of knew what we wanted but still enjoyed looking at the other options. Lawrence (sales person) was there when we needed him and answered all questions we had regarding the product. Very good shopping experience.

Plenty of choice, speedy service
There was a lot of choice in style and then once we had selected a style, there was a good options of fabrics and colours. Lawrence was helpful and because we were not doing the interest free credit, ordering was quick and simple. Look forward to receiving my sofas.

Took my money but then cancelled my order. I’m still waiting for my refund. Quick enough to take money very slow in putting it back. Would not recommend this site.

Great experience - DFS Taunton
I've forgotten the staff members name, but he was very helpful when called upon. Didn't float or bother us while we browsed and gave lots of information when we were ready to go ahead with a purchase. Went for a very specific style of sofa and was very pleased with the options.

We firstly went into DFS on 25th
We firstly went into DFS on 25th. Lawrence greeted us and allowed us to browse at leisure. He pointed out which sofas were available in the required colour and gave us prices and delivery details.
We returned on 26th and again we were greeted by Lawrence and ordered two sofas. Throughout our transaction Lawrence was extremely helpful, polite and patient.
