Do not use this company
Do not use this company! The quality of the printing on the mugs was awful. They printed stickers and then placed them on the mugs. Most stickers were crooked and were already coming off when they arrived. Three mugs arrived broken. When I called, they offered to send three replacement mugs, but they never arrived. Lastly, I work for a school and needed a refund on the tax charged. I submitted the tax-exempt certificate on May 15th. It is now June 15th, and despite calling daily, they cannot seem to resolve this issue. They are giving me the runaround, saying that the tax form is outdated (it isn't). It took 5 calls in a row for them to give me this information.

Discount Mugs is awesome
Patrick Tubig with Discount Mugs was awesome to deal with. He has helped me for several years on my promotional items and he is always patient with me. This year I was having trouble with some funding and he assured me we could work together to make sure we could get me the product on time, while having saintly patience while I waited on funding. Deceptive Sales Tactics
So, I think their sales tactics are deceptive, with low product costs only to upcharge you significantly on shipping, for instance. Save your time and go to 4imprint.com or somewhere similar which has more up-front and transparent additional charges. DiscountMugs tried to charge me over $200 in shipping costs on 144 coffee mugs. The same exact mugs were less than $50 in shipping with another vendor....and it wasn't the shipping vendor or distance of shipping. I conversed with their customer service and gave them the opportunity to correct the pricing. The order was to be half white and half black mugs, but they gave me nothing more than their introductory sales discount - basically that you get when you sign up as a customer saying this is their shipping costs. On what planet does someone try to charge $200 in shipping on 144 coffee mugs.
