Quick, easy and convenient

Order placed 9 Sep evening ; delivery advised 11 to 15 Sep ;courier EMail 16 Sep 6am delivery same day - not at home am that day /car service (in Navan/25 miles)- item delivered / no-one at home - BUT no advance phone call despite mobile number on delivery note stuck on package. Item fully wrapped - no idea what has been delivered !!

The washing machine I bought from Dominic Smith Electrical, Dundrum, arrived this morning. Kevin not only installed the washing machine but also attached the kitchen integrated door to it perfectly. That door had been hanging an inch too low and now it’s perfect. Thank you to Kevin taking the time to fill the door and attach it correctly. I can’t thank him enough.

Excellent service, faulty product replacement straight away

I have been working with Mr. John Milton to buy all my kitchen goods, washing machine and dryer. He has been extremely helpful, professional and really knowledgeable on the items that he sold me. As an immigrant who is unfamiliar with some of the kitchen goods, I relied on his decision making process and it has worked out well for me. He is an absolute gentleman and I can't thank him enough for his help.

I had a problem with the appliance I bought and while initially, the service staff appeared reluctant to acknowledge that relying on the warranty and the resulting delay was inappropriate for a new item just purchased or that my contract was actually with them rather than the manufacturer. The entire matter was sorted really quickly with the intervention of Shane who is a director of the company. As it turned out I was able to resolve the problem myself, nevertheless Shane was more than willing to call to the house to replace the product which in the end was not necessary. A tiny bit more customer empathy and responsiveness from the service part of the business would have made this a five star rather than a four star review

Richie did a fantastic job with installing the washing machine despite the cabinets in the utility room made it hard for him to access the waste pipe and water feed. We nearly thought we would need to call in a fitter, but he managed to do so with much patience. We are really glad we went with Dominic who offered such prompt and good service, and the best purchase + installation service deal in the market at the time of booking. Highly recommend :)
