I visited Dominic Smith in Blanchardstown today looking for a printer and Gavin was extremely helpful and had a lovely welcoming customer service energy. I explained I received a rude encounter in Harvey Norman so it was refreshing for someone to be really informative and spend time explaining things with me. I really appreciated his help.

Since I bought the two items from you I have had no information about them. Don't know when they were sent or when I will receive them. And now your looking for a review. I think a one star is about right even too much having spent nearly €300.

Had a great recent customer service experience with Jordan from Dominic Smith, Blanchardstown. Bought a number of items which were an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and more recently fridge freezer and he was the "one stop shop" person, between his product knowledge and organising deliveries. Could always be relied upon to get back to me and organised everything faultlessly. Couldn't recommend Jordan highly enough and of course Dominic Smith for price matching and free delivery. A great Irish company.

This experience of exceptional prices and customer service was a most pleasant surprise.

I ordered my fridge freezer online and was expecting delivery up to a week later. A few hours after ordering I received a text that it would be delivered the next day. Sure enough, the delivery arrived at the they said, the delivery man was brilliant - nothing was a hassle.

My item cost me €319 delivered close to Portlaoise. The whole transaction was completed online without having to phone to haggle a bargain.

The Portlaoise competitor price (Euronics) was €419 [€369 + €50 delivery] A whopping €100 extra!!.

I'll never shop anywhere again, and I've already spread the word. This level of service is such a rare gem. The added bonus is that its an Irish owned local enterprise.

2 recent purchases with Dominic Smiths. 1 was a washing machine that worked for 5 washes and then failed to function correctly. It was replaced with zero hassle. Also purchased an item online and got a call and email to confirm rwady for collection so all in all a great service.

Great service. Ordered over the weekend. Got call on Monday to say the colour tablet we ordered was out of stock but they had it in another colour if this was okay. Let them know this was fine and the employee advised he would drop the tablet into us on way home. Would definitely order again.
