Cheaper than Harvey Norman for the exact same item. (€250 Vs €320). Delivered 2 days after ordering by DPD. Bought based on previous purchase from same retailer and will definitely be back. They are the first ones we think to check each time.

Super fast delivery. Item looks like it's already been opened though. A present for a birthday so will come back when birthday has passed to update if any issues with item.

What l liked was the ease of ordering, reasonable price, stock availability, fast processing of my order and quick delivery.
My only dislike was the state of the product upon receipt of the product. The packaging consisted of black shrink wrap of the products original carton. Because of this the carton was crushed in many areas. There was also a medium size whole in the carton. Because of this I took numerous photos a I opened the package. But luckily there was no damage to the product itself.

Made order on website where was advised of delivery within 4 days. Received order confirmation, confirming order in 4 days. Heard nothing back from vendor. Unable to access order information on the website, no number to contact websales department. Rang shop and was told delivery would be at least 2-3 weeks. Indicated that this wasn't acceptable and that someone would call me back in the morning. Rang back the day after after no call received, was told would be contacted within the hour. 2 days later still waiting on a call. Eventually decided to cancel after 6 days of tumbleweed. Only good interaction, which is why I have rated them 2 stars rather than 1 star is that they processed my cancellation quickly.
