Products are cheap looking and do not look like the website pictures. Supposedly “bronze” products are in fact an unpleasant and cheap looking grey/pewter colour. And I’m being made to pay for postage for a product delivery (and return postage) for a product that in no way resembles pictures on the website.

The Door Handle Company really impressed me with their wide range of hardware options. From Canada, it’s not always easy to find reliable suppliers, but this company delivered both quality and value. The items arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I also appreciated the variety of designs available, making it easy to find something that fits my interior style. I would definitely order from them again.

The company has gone into liquidation. It seems I've lost the £120 I spent on door handles

Awful company, placed an order in January 2026 and now in March with no delivery or money back. I am now having to process a legal complaint in hope of getting my money back. Be warned all who place an order there are many like me with no purchase or money back. Look elsewhere

Quality product! Bought some brass sash locks Beautifully made and finished. Everyone that sees them comments on the quality.

Order kept being pushed back and I wasn't updated. They also don't respond quickly to emails and their live chat responder just ended the chat when I tried to enquire about their whereabouts. Really poor customer service

Placed order with 2 - 5 day quoted delivery, contacted company after 10 days and no communications regarding order. Reply 3 days later experiencing delays, waited a further 7 days still no communications tried calling to be hung up on twice and no tab on web page for live chat as quoted on phone.

Items ordered but a definite supply was encountered. Kept informed all along and then given delivery details. Items arrived well packed and as expected.

They keep telling me the order has been packed and ready to go but 3 weeks later still no order.

Door handles are lovely and extremely good quality and finish for the price
