Door Handle Company Avaliações

Very good. Considering the order was placed between Christmas and New Year, it arrived quickly.

Excellent letterbox plate which I have purchased before. Arrived very quickly

We needed to replace a door handle, and found this company had the exact one. Easy to order, excellent price, and reasonable delivery charge to Northern Isles.

We were updated at every step, especially due to weather conditions. Felt like we had ordered ten door handles - the customer service was that good.

A lady called Mel Appleby took our phone order for door hinges, handles & latches etc and her advice was excellent, her knowledge and understanding of what was the best option for us was excellent… even our joiner (old school) was extremely impressed with her choices. Her employer will hopefully read this and give credit to her… ideally a pay raise as she’s an asset to the company. Thank you Mel

First class service. Handles were beyond expectation in terms of quality.

I'd been looking for a particular handle for some time, nobody seemed to stock it until I tried DHC.

Great website. Good choice of products. A price range to suit everyone.
Goods were packaged well and arrived promptly

Quick delivery and reasonable prices.

Delivery took a very long time.
Door furniture ok, screws and fixings really poor quality - unusable.

Easy to order and pay. Goods arrived as promised. Very good quality. Thanks.

East order process, item arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Hadn’t seen many other options around in the style and colour I needed. A bathroom door knob with a privacy lock on the knob itself.

I’ve done a google review. But saw that they are on trust pilot to and thought was worth adding one here to.

This company have been excellent to deal with and they were so helpful when we went to look for new handles for our internal doors.

Must say, they have been fantastic and would highly recommend using them

Nice products. Speedy delivery. Very pleased

I purchased 10 white glazed ceramic door knobs ( Ceramic Mortice Door Knobs, White Glazed
Ceramic - Q7101CE). I did have some problems with fixing them but Shelley was very helpful and resolved amicably.

Had new doors fitted and they came with cheap/poor quality handles. I ordered replacements from Door Handle Company and they are amazing in terms of looks and quality. We are really happy and the service from Door Handle Company was spot on. Thank you

So happy with our purchase! Ordered Victorian Spira Brass Doorknobs for the house..they are perfect! Elevate every door.

I wanted a replacement for a door handle that had broken. They had one which was very similar. The handle arrived very promptly. I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and looks very good and similar to what was there and matchs other doors in the house. Would use again.

Door handle took over a week to arrive. There seemed to be quite a long delay in despatching item from when it was ordered. By the time it arrived I had found something elsewhere. Returned.

Finding a product that fitt with friends house . Thought these were well gone .
