Today a woman by the name of Traci Watkins was able to straighten out a problem I had with a form we filled last year. The old representative no longer worked for the company. Traci stepped in a fixed my issue with in minutes. I appreciated that and they will keep my business.

These guy's are a Scam.
They don't do anything but exactly what you can do for much less On-line in 5 minutes.

Truckers! Spam their emails. As soon as you get your USDOT numbers they come spamming. You can do all this compliance work your self through the FMCSA website for free. A UCR for 0-2 units is $59.00.....as another individual has said. You only have to do this every 2 years, they make it seem it is urgent and you must do it now. Treat them like any salesman that comes knocking on your door, shut the door. I would laugh at their emails because I know better, but feel for the gullible. It must work, they are still in business. Who wouldn't just do it themselves. Do you pay someone to renew your drivers license, no, you do it yourself. I think a class action suit would be interesting to research regarding DOT Compliance Group LLC.

DOT Compliance group is a scam company that tricks naive business people into paying a huge sum of money to do work you can do for free on-line. DO NOT give this company any personal business information. They often use a very unethical tactic of telling you that your permit is "overdue" in order to deceive people. People who use this company got TRICKED. Don't be stupid.

No one in this company has a background in DOT or the trucking industry. They will attempt to convince you your in some kind of trouble and can be fined. It’s a BS sales pitch. You can do all this compliance work your self through the FMCSA website for free. A UCR for 0-2 units is $59.00. They will tell you $199.00. Run from these guys as fast as you can if they come calling.

They were polite and professional with me during the test. The nurse guided me through steps in the test center and took my sample instantly.
