Any time I’ve ever had to contact Downeast customer service I have been beyond pleased with their quick responses and efforts to take care of whatever I need!

I expected 2 to 5 business day delivery. I ordered a blouse late one afternoon and received it the very next day. I was very happy and impressed. Thank you so much.

This is my third or fourth order of the wonder cami from Down East. They are my favorite! I love that they are not low cut and they are not too long. The material is nice too - not too see-through. I wear them almost everyday - so much so that I have worn holes in mine over the years. Great price. Great product.

It’s disappointing to be charged $5 to return items and then have to pay an additional $11 to ship it back. This makes me hesitant to order from you again

Downeast was recommended to me because of my usual interest in boutiques like Mint Julep, Francesca's, and Eleven Oaks. After looking through the site, I decided for my first purchase to try a casual, knee-length ruffle skirt (ruffle trim skirt) and a business-like black dress (textured fringe trim dress). The first thing I noticed when opening the package was the amazing quality of the materials. The skirt is lightweight, fully lined, and soft. The elastic-back waistband made it fit perfectly too. The dress was also amazing. When I put it on, it was extremely comfortable, flattering, and also stretchy. The material looks much more expensive, and it doesn't appear stretchy, but it's so comfortable. I'm thankful that these pieces, along with many others on the site, are modest. I have trouble finding dresses that are flattering and modest because of my larger chest, but this one really sold me. The dress went to knee length, and the skirt went a little past the knee. I will definitely be ordering again.

I would give them 5 stars because the quality of their clothing is amazing! All the stores I've visited have super friendly employees.
The reason I don't give them 5 stars is because their dresses run really big, size "Small" is definitely for tall girls 5'7 -5"9 which kinda sucks because I'm very petite and short , 5"1 to be exact and I had to return because none worked for me:(

I’m bummed that two different orders had key items I was excited about and then I was notified that the items weren’t available after my order was confirmed.

Store employees are generally friendly. Some are definitely more helpful then others. Forget trying to get help on the phone from stores outside your area for items needed.

I wasn't asking for your associates to ship the items to me, as I'm aware of your policies. I just wanted them to "look" before I made a 2 hour drive. Thank you.

Quality is so great, they sell out fast. Super quick service. Website was a little slow but easy to navigate.

The sales ladies are always pleasant and helpful in getting me a dressing room, exchanging sizes, and informing me of current sales.

It is frustrating that you can't purchase a gift card in the store and use it on-line without having to call customer service for a code. I went in the store to purchase a gift and the item was out of stock, but available on-line. I was just grateful that the woman helping me explained that if I purchased a gift card in the store, the recipient would not be able to use it on-line without having to obtain a code from customer service.

its been 9 days and I still haven't received my package and it hasn't even shipped

I love their products. However, the constant barrage of emails that I received after making a purchase was frustrating. I will purchase their t-shirts again. But I had to unsubscribe from the more than one a day daily emails.

I purchased the long sleeve shirt's for work the first time six years ago, they wash and wear great, just starting now to replacing them. All clothing is of great quality and fun to wear.

Last month, I left a bad review because the dress I ordered had a different print than what was pictured on their website. I thought maybe it was a fluke and decided to give Downeast a second chance. This time they sent me a dress with long sleeves instead of short sleeves as pictured on their website! I posted a review with pictures on their Facebook page so you can see the comparison. On the model, the sleeves stop a few inches above the model's elbows. When I tried on the dress, the sleeves were a few inches below my elbows! Again, please see the pictures that I posted on their Facebook page. The sleeves are clearly different lengths. Downeast, this is unacceptable and after experiencing this twice in a row, I demand an explanation as to why the dresses I receive do not match the dresses on the website. I know that I can always send the items back, but I shouldn't have to do that. It's not unreasonable for me to expect my purchases to match the images on the website.
