Fashionable and Fun
Down east clothing is fashionable and generally affordable. The customer service I received at the store in Orem, UT was excellent. I took off one star my rating because some of the clothing items (mostly T shirts and dresses) have very thin fabric, and I feel these are overpriced for quality of the fabric.

Timely Service, Inconsistent Styling and Materials
I received the item in a timely manner. The skirt I ordered was smaller than I was expecting, based on the fit of similar skirts ordered from this company in the past.

The clothes themselves were lovely
The clothes themselves were lovely, but the sizing was super inconsistent. I ordered two garments in the same size, one fit perfect and the other was so small that my 9-year-old daughter is now wearing it.

Lost the first rug I bought 700 plus…
Lost the first rug I bought 700 plus tax. thank goodness charged it. Second rug was suppose to ship and we were suppose to get a track # no track no rug. I am holding my visa payment on the rug part. If I could I would give them a zero. They can't last in this business with this indifference to customers. Shop elsewhere and don't trust them

I am so sorry to hear you feel this way. Sadly this was a mistake with UPS and as we have previously stated we had to process a claim through them for the missing delivery. I called today with the new tracking number and the delivery date of the rug. I am so sorry for that delay and we have already spoken with our partners at UPS about avoiding this issue with their service in the future. My shirt came in great condition and is great. However, I originally ordered two shirts and one was canceled. I was also supposed to receive an extra 50% off my clearance price, but that didn’t happen.
