From ordering in the shop until delivery we received brilliant customer service. Everyone was very helpful and we couldn’t fault them at all.

The staff in abingdon are very professional, polite and extremely helpful … not pushy to get the sale and answered all our questions very honestly. Initially we were served by a young man called John who was extremely helpful and was only to happy to hand us over to the manager whilst he was serving another customer but explained are requirements to her and she was very professional in the was she dealt with us. I would certainly recommend speaking to both John or Racheal and a thank you to Hannah who made us a lovely cup of tea… top marks to Abingdon team 👍👍

Dreams gave a brilliant efficient service when I went in to look for a new bed and mattress. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and the whole process was extremely painless from ordering to delivery. I couldn't be happier with my new orthopaedic mattress and electric lift up bed which is extremely comfortable. I have had the best nights sleep since purchasing it than I have had in a long time. Can recommend.

Love our new mattress, got it during the sale offer which made it affordable for us. And we loved the delivery team (Cole & Sam), very helpful and courteous.
But when we visited the Dreams Abingdon showroom to decide which kind of mattress we wanted, and to see how each mattress felt (you can not tell this online) the people there were unhelpful and just plain uninterested in answering our questions. The mattress we bought wasn't in the showroom, so we asked if they could describe what it was like and if there was anything close to its feel in the showroom. We were disappointed by the service. and left within 5 minutes. Almost didn't buy the mattress from Dreams!

We were really pleased with our bed and the whole process of ordering and delivery. We were kept informed at all stages. The delivery crew were excellent and assembled our new bed as well as taking away the old one.

Had lots of options and the lady dealing with us was friendly patient and explained options to us
