Positive experience, friendly staff
I had a very positive experience with the Dreams store in Abingdon.
The staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy.
I was able to view and order the exact product I had viewed online in my desired colour choice.
Delivery within 4 weeks - very satisfied.

Visited Abingdon branch. Greeted by John who was polite and professional. No pressure sales , very helpful and informative. Bought exactly what we wanted and more . Would definitely recommend.

The Abingdon store was very clean and had good safety measures in place, we felt very comfortable walking around, everything was regularly sanitised. We were served by John he was great; very friendly, knowledgeable and constantly asking us if we felt comfortable with social distancing and sanitising etc. We were offered a drink several times. We didn't feel pressurised with sales talk at all, we were offered advice and had all our questions answered. John suggested beds to try after we were tested on sleep match We were given pillows with protection on and the beds were sprayed after we had tried them. We actually purchased the first mattress we were advised to try. John took our names on arrival and used them whilst engaging with us which was lovely, a nice personal touch. We actually ended up spending much more than originally intended as we purchased a TV bed and a new mattress. I can't fault the customer service at all it was brilliant which made a refreshing change as we haven't experienced this standard anywhere else for a very long time. I would highly recommend this store and staff to anyone.

Welcoming from the off
Welcoming from the off, guided through exactly which mattresses would suite us and given pillows and refreshments as we tried the recommendations.
Coffee was served at the desk when the order was being placed. Many discounts with free pillows, reduced price toppers with warranty and an in store saving on that weekend as well. A further 10% was deducted for Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Service applicability as well.
