I bought a divan a few weeks ago online. It was delivered to my home with care. The delivery men were excellent. Kept me up to date and were very considerate.
On this experience I went to Dreams Colindale that delivered the divan.
I met Mohamed (MA43) who was outstanding. He was professional, patient and friendly as he guided me through my options. I used the sleepmatch machine to find my ideal mattress.
I went into the store again today and bought my mattress.
Mohamed is a credit to Dreams and I hope he is looked after as he takes pride in his work and offers outstanding customer care.
I will be back for my 3rd purchase very soon

I ordered a new bed at Dreams, Colindale in late February. I found the member of staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Bed seems great. We paid for installation. However, this was not done properly and so we had to re-do it ourselves. Wouldn't pay for installation service.

Deliver was on time ,very courteous and professional, removed my old mattress and delivered the new one to the room of my choice. Excellent alltogther

We recently bought a bed and a mattress from Dreams. Unfortunately, we purchased the bed and mattress from different sections of the store, and we were not advised that this mattress is designed for beds where the mattress sits inside the frame.

Because of this, the mattress sits far too high and is not compatible with the bed. The bed itself is perfect, but the mattress makes the height so high that my wife needs a small step to get onto it.

We would appreciate it if you could look into this and consider exchanging the mattress for a more suitable option.
