Good Sevice from sales to Delivery!

If you go to Dreams in Colindale then ask for Wojciech he is beyond so helpful and knowledgeable.

He explains everything so well and makes you feel soo confident and comfortable with your purchase.

You'd should defo try out the sleep match machine it's so interesting what it tells you about how you sleep.

I can't recommend dreams enough they have such great staff but honestly a WOJCIECH just goes above and beyond!!

served by Wojciech, who was amazing. Disappointed to be ignored by the store manager who only greeted my male friend with "hello Sir!" and ignored me, and later offered only my friend some water.

I placed order a month before, to be delievred on 9th June. Delievery was good drivers were very good.
After the left I noticed that the ottoman bed will close but there was an inch offline, second bed the ottoman base has a like a plywood, this had been badly chipped. So i tried to look for email so i can send photos, there was only customer service number, 0345--, coz i am on pay as you go, its expensive i still tried calling this number but there was a 30mins + wait so i put the phone down, called the store Mr. Mahammad told me they dont have any other option except this number, he said he will get someone to call me, nothing for 1hr so i went to the store, I was told to wait as Manager was busy, waited and same story they are sales only they cant do anything, but then he tried calling customer service, took details etc, and I was told someone will call me, I got email to say that due to high volume they will contact me in 5 working days, So 5 days passed so i had to call 0345 number costing me £3.50 waited 30mins and I was told they they can exchange ottoman bed on 7th July, or they can offer me SILLY £50 for 2 beds, and i keep beds, I did say if it was more than £500 i may consider, I was told no, so I was given choice of replacement which I accepted.
What a bloody trouble in reporting and issue, and costing me phonecalls etc.....VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. will not use them again.

Really helpful service without oversell or being pushy. Got the bed I wouldn’t have looked at and what a find it turned out to be. Store staff were so helpful and gave advice and recommendations after listening to my needs. Would certainly recommend this store. I even got a cup of tea!

A fabulous mattress and base, I am so pleased. My shopping experience was second to none. I have given a longer review prior to this one, however, the store, looked so bright and airy, the salesman was excellent, he was the reason I bought a base as well. I could have talked to him all day, I have already recommended this store to friends and family.

Helpful. Let you browse at your leisure but there as and when you needed information. Order processed with ease. Delivery and service excellent. New bed put up and old bed taken away effortlessly. All staff who helped us are great assets to Dreams. Thank you all.

I am very disappointed with the customer service and your policy!!
I did call the customer service today and asked to help me out with two of the products I purchased from you and asked them if I can exchange this two bedside table with other one as they didn’t fit in my room, also other reason for that was as the color of them were slightly different from the one I ordered but instead they were harsh to me and they said there is not exchange or return!!

Also Karen told me that I should sellout on marketplace by myself this items as we don’t exchange them!!

Than you for your reply Mr. Kishan but it is late now as I sent this two chest drawers to charity as a gift aid because it didn’t fit in my bedroom!!

I was trying to sort out over the phone with the customer service team but they completely didn’t want to help me with my request!!
I am the customer which I spent over £2200 on purchasing the product and when I request exchanging two of my products I bought from your company , I completely been ignored and not helped at all…

The customers are the key of any successful business and they should be treated with respect and dignity!!

The salesperson at their Colindale branch (can’t recall his name) was very patient and took the time to understand what we wanted and put a package that met our budget. Sadly we didn’t have the same level of sales experience at their Watford branch.
