An easy shopping experience at Dreams.
We really enjoyed shopping for a new bed at Dreams. Sharon greeted me and my husband and showed us the hi-tech sleep analyser which we used to find our perfect mattress. We knew we wanted a Flaxby mattress and Sharon explained everything about the different ones, she was very knowledgable about the construction and which one would suit us. There was no pressure and she left us to browse bed bases and decide which one to choose. Thank you dreams, the shopping experience was great and the bed is very comfortable.

A positive experience
Easy trip, we weren’t pressured and given space and patience to brows.
We have been putting this off for months due to my sons additional needs and I can honestly say I was blown away, everything was discreet and Sarah was so patient. I hadn’t expected to buy this trip and we left happy, content and satisfied that we had the best offer available

Exceptional service from Julie
Exceptional service from Julie, she greeted us immediately, introduced us to the fancy machine, made a cracking cuppa and helped us find our perfect mattress. No pressure applied whatsoever. She did offer us the warranties and extras even though we declined. Never did we think we'd be happily spending over £100 on a single pillow, but Julie put us at such ease it just felt natural. Thank you for your incredible service, we can't wait for our new mattress to arrive 😍
