Me and my son turned up at the shop in Doncaster 15 minutes before closing not an issue at all Haydn was quite happy to walk around the shop with us and gave us loads of information about the mattress as that’s was what I was looking for. I ended up choosing a Tempura one. My son also laid on the mattress and bought one too. We did all the paperwork there and then. There was no rush and wasn’t made to feel we were taking up Haydns time. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you Haydn.

As we entered the store, we received a warm welcome. We were after a mattress. We ended up purchasing a mattress and Kevin was helpful from start to finish.

Sara, she helped me through the confusion of buying a mattress.
She made me a cup of tea and chatted about my sleep problems. Then we went to a mattress that I laid on which said which type of mattress I should get. Sara gave me a pillow and went round the store trying different mattresses

From the moment we entered the sales room we were greated with a friendly staff member who made us welcome. We were invited to try the bed match equipment that identifies the ideal mattress for your needs. There was no pressure to buy any of the mattresses identified, but we did and it has proved to be a very good choice.

Purchased tempur mattress and pillows absolutely amazing salesman Hayden at Doncaster Branch. New everything we needed to know about the items we bought would highly recommend x

Excellent friendly staff at the Doncaster branch Sarah our salesperson was very knowledgeable and left you to browse and was there straight away when we had any questions.the sleep match is a great idea and a must to try .would definitely use dreams again in the future

The young gentlemen who delivered my bed, were on time, so polite, respectful and very helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. We were offered the option to split the order so we could get the main part earlier. Deliver, finance and cover options were all explained but the service was also efficient. Wasn’t “all business” though, we got a personal service.

I bought a tempur mattress from their Doncaster store. The staff were brilliant! They Couldn't do enough for us. It's been a few weeks now for delivery. It came yesterday, the two delivery drivers Bobby & Joddy were absolutely fantastic!!! So friendly and helpful, It was well worth paying the extra to have them carry the extremely heavy superking mattress, right upstairs and put on the bed they even took the plastic off for me. I struggle with fibromyalgia, so this was a godsend. So well done Dreams.

the computer bed was great & we got the correct mattress for my problems, the quality & feel of the mattress is great & it`s helped me get a better nights sleep. It wont make all my pain go away but its a step in the right direction to get a better nights sleep :) thanks Paul.

Lovely comfortable mattress.

The staff listened to my needs, the staff took good care of me as an individual, fully explained the differences of the mattresses and explained the beds itself. We had a good talk about me and it felt I was truly cared for.

I was looked after from the moment I entered the store. Taken to what I needed and all options shown and guaranteed a best price. Can’t recommend this place more. Very helpful and understanding staff.

Piece of bed missing. Reported it over a week ago . Didn’t hear nothing for 8days. Still haven’t received missing part so unable to assemble bed. Been contacted now by the customer service team and now everything sorted. Happy with the response of the customer service team
