A great service from start to end. From going into the store, the staff were extremely helpful and the process was straightforward. On the day of delivery they called ahead and delivered before the scheduled time & the service was superb.

Professional and friendly service. Great products at great prices.

There were a couple of issues with the delivery of my bed and mattress, these were MY problems and NOTHING at all to do with the service I received from Dreams which was excellent. The team at the Edinburgh Seafield store, George and especially Godfrey, dealt with the issues I had in a very friendly, understanding, polite and efficient manner... I've now taken delivery of the bed and mattress and it's exactly what I wanted. I have no absolutely hesitation recommending the Dreams Seafield warehouse.

Whenever we entered the store the salesperson approached us and made us very welcome. Used the machine to see what type of mattress we needed and we also had coffee while we were choosing. Excellent experience

My new bed is excellent, everything I wanted and more, I was hesitant in trying a sleep motion 400i , an expensive purchase, never tried an electric bed before etc, but wow what a dream bed this is, it really has been the the best bed I have ever slept in before, I have major back and pain issues, I'm not saying the bed has cured me or anything like that but I have now had my first full night of sleep in over 25 years though, I can get in and out of the bed easily, it has massage function and a zero gravity mode that is just delightful,

They were quick efficient and polite

Perfect bed. Its so comfortable having difficulty getting out of it in the morning. Delivered quickly and on time.

Would have given 5 stars but after an excellent customer service and efficient testing and discssion of aternatives the mattresses chosen were not compatable to motion bedframe. Although dicovered before order completion that day it required another store visit to choose appropriate alternative.
This delayed the delivery date.
However this delay did mean due to price promise that we were entitled to 20% discount on the chosen products.
All went smoothly thereafter so pleased with the final result.

We visited the Dreams warehouse at Seafield, Edinburgh and were very impressed with the excellent service we received from Godfrey. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were taken through all the options available and used the sleep match technology which was great. Delivery dates are very flexible and there was a January Sale which helped manage the cost. I would highly recommend visiting the warehouse as the service is first class from Godfrey.

George at the Edinburgh Seafield branch was super helpful in assisting us with our mattress. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. He knew his products well. Overly pushy salespeople put me off and I feel George had just the right mix of interest and capacity to help without appearing desperate for the sale. Thankyou George. And we’re glad you got a win that day!!

The service we received from the minute we stepped through the door was excellent! The staff - especially Godfrey - were extremely helpful and friendly and made choosing a new mattress a very easy and straightforward process! Thank you!

In store service and advice was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who do not pressure you to buy. Great product knowledge and customer support. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. I have already recommended the store in Leith to many friends.

Everything went according to plan.

The experience in store was great.

The online service and delivery did not work at all. We waited for many months for our bed, to then find out (not even get informed by them) that the bed is now suddenly ON DELIVERY DAY not available anymore. We could pay extra for a different one. Was great sleeping on the floor for months.... they then came with new bed and built it wrongly. I will not buy here again. Shame as it was great in store.

The bed was easy to make up and is very comfortable.
All members of staff both in store and delivering were extremely helpful and kind.
