The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the delivery was fine but there was a small issue with the mattress.
Once I got the plastic sheeting off the mattress, I noticed two dark lines at the bottom/top edge which I could not fully remove and seemed to be ingrained into the fabric. This is not a huge deal but I feel I have been sold B-stock.
I filled in a response to Dreams to let them know that I do not want to swap the mattress as it was a lot of effort to bring it up the stairs and lay it out, but not really happy with the B-stock standard.
I expected, at least, an acknowledgement and an apology but no response at all.

This is my second mattress purchase from Dreams that we are totally happy with. I made the mistake of going to John Lewis in between this purchase and our last, and the experience was horrendous. I now really appreciate the good service and product standards Dreams give.

I purchased 2 bedside cabinets since they were delivered we had a strange smell in our bedroom we searched everywhere in the bedroom but couldn't find anything until we pulled out the draws of the cabinet and found the whole inside structure of cabinets covered in mould on requesting if they could exchange the cabinets we were told it's not there problem but an environmental problem absaloute joke of a company it is obvious the mould was in
both cabinets before they delivered. Because they were ready assembled we had no reason to pull out the draws
And as I have stated before we have had a damp smell in the bedroom since they were delivered there is no damp in the house whatsoever so obviously the damp was in the cabinets before they arrived probably due to where the cabinets have been stored by dreams obviously dreams won't do anything because they are a shoddy money grabbing company
I will be depositing said cabinets at your showroom.
