Professional people very polite and careful with installing the beds.

Service was great right from the start of entering. Warm welcoming, attended to all needs without being pushy.

Fantastic experience at Dreams from the moment we walked into the shop in Hull up to the fantastic lads who delivered it for us.

We couldnt fault at all , was going to visit a few other Bed shops , but was so happy with the Staff Lady and great deal on the Bed , we purchased there and then

Dreams Hull branch we were looking for 2 mattresses for an electric adjustable bed, the salesman James Bentley helped us choose the right one for us. After looking at a few we finally chose 2 firm tempur and 2 firm tempur pillows, we were given a 6 week delivery date. 6 weeks later and within the 2 hour delivery time they arrived,the delivery men did everything asked of them. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend Dreams and their staff, thanks for everything 😴😴😴😴😴😴😴

Excellent instore customer service from Emma, which made choosing and purchasing a mattress very easy. Would highly recommend Dreams. Also, excellent delivery and old mattress removal experience.

Delivery was on time, they assembled my bed and tidied up after ,taking all wrapping and rubbish away, polite and friendly staff, would recommend.

We bought a bed from the Hull store. Gemma talked us through all of our options of frames and mattresses and what would be best for our needs. She was attentive but pushy as some places can be. She was great! Professional and friendly. Thanks Gemma!

I have given 4 stars, but with a caveat, we have only had the mattress for a week or so and I don't know how I can give a realistic review in such a short space of time. After having got rid of a mattress after something like 30 years then the new one will feel like a breath of fresh air. No more sagging but how long before signs of wear and tear will begin to show. The how long is a piece of string question. What I already know is that delivery was within the given time slot, so no problems there. But at the moment we are satisfied, 5 or more years hence, who knows?

Popped into the Hull store, we were originally planning to go to a competitor nearby but decided to check Dreams out first and Im very glad we did. They have a machine that determines the best kind of beds for you and it was spot on, I was worried it would only give us the most expensive options but it gave us a wide range of varying prices. Their sales team are friendly and informative and in no way pushy. Dave was brilliant and showed us a range of mattresses, offered us drinks and handed us pillows to try out the ones suggested. I would highly recommend the Hull store and Dave in particular for a friendly and laid back approach to shopping. Thank you! I'm looking forward to receiving our new matress xx

Called the Hull store and spoke with Daniel as we wanted a metal bedframe for our guest bedroom and had spotted the Hattie bed online.
Daniel was polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The bed was delivered free 1week later.
The bed was easy to assemble and looks great in the room and has the looks and feel of a good quality product.
The new 'standard double' mattress we purchased earlier fits on it just right.

I visited the Hull store and the customer service was fantastic. Truly helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. The advisor went above and beyond.

Wasn't pounced on straight away which can be annoying. Friendly salesman. Answered my questions clearly, let me try the mattresses on a bed and offered me a drink while he was sorting the paperwork out. Definitely will visit again.

David store assistant at Hull Dreams shop was very helpful and didn't rush us or place any undue pressure on us while selecting best bed option for us. Would have given 5 stars but delivery team who also assembled bed for us were not 5 stars.

Very helpful staff regarding delivery and change of dates and address. Very useful having texts from delivery driver and keeping customer informed. Very happy with mattress.

We ordered 2 new ottoman beds and 1 mattress from Dreams Hull. Gemma was great and very patient with us as we were a bit indesisive, she gave us good advice + explained about the different openings for the ottaman beds , we enjoyed our experience in the store. The items were delivered as advised on time and were easy to put together following the instructions given , we love both beds Wilson + the Davies and our new mattress is perfect it was the Tadley. I purchased a £1600 pound mattress from dreams Merthyr Tydfil store personel were great.BUT mattress 4 weeks later Dipper we contacted dreams a gentleman came out examined mattress told us the mattress is faulty he asked did I want another mattress I said no I want my money back.
Dreams head office told us they don't give refunds only replacement mattress they also offered £100 pounds + replacement mattress.
I'm still waiting for my money as I told them mattress can be collected at anytime from my house still no reply to my email I would'nt buy from them again
