I purchased a £1600 pound mattress from dreams Merthyr Tydfil store personel were great.BUT mattress 4 weeks later Dipper we contacted dreams a gentleman came out examined mattress told us the mattress is faulty he asked did I want another mattress I said no I want my money back.
Dreams head office told us they don't give refunds only replacement mattress they also offered £100 pounds + replacement mattress.
I'm still waiting for my money as I told them mattress can be collected at anytime from my house still no reply to my email I would'nt buy from them again

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Sales staff extremely helpful, patient and cheerful. Went our of his way to be honest and helped us make the perfect choice within our budget. Delivery was on time and staff very helpful and friendly. Disposed of our old mattress as agreed. Mattress and pillows recommended are ideal,comfortable and suit our needs.

Fantastic Service All Round
In store we were shown different options and priced up for what we wanted, very helpful and polite.
Delivery team kept us informed and assembled the bed and took away the waste. All done with a happy and polite attitude.

Emma From the hull store was an absolute diamond! We didn't have a clue what mattress to buy but the minute we walked in she helped us find the perfect one! Emma explained and showed us everything there is to know about a mattress! Very professional and kind! Couldn't fault her in the slightest!

Informative and friendly
The company were friendly and informative about the various mattress products and geared our requirements towards the most suitable mattress for us. We were able to use their sleep system scanner which assisted our decision.
