Really happy with the whole process, painless, hassle free and very professional.

The service in store was excellent give it 5 stars. The staff are attentive and very knowledgable.Ordered exactly what I wanted. The delivery let it down as they did not ask where I wanted my new bed so it is not in the centre of the wall and too far over one side near the door so have to be careful of the door as it too near to open fully which is disappointing. They said it could not be moved after they had put it together.

Well made just right height.

Every thing about the bed is good, comfortable, easy to use ( mobility) bed, except for one thing, when using the different positions I find that my feet are running out of mattress and are hanging over the end of the bed, I am not tall 5' 7" and no one mentioned this at all, am I doing something wrong?

Good experience from walking through shop door to first night on the bed. Staff knowledgeable and helpful both in the shop and delivery guys. Would recommend this company.

It was an enjoyable experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant and presentable. The whole process went smoothly. Delivery went as planed with no problems with phone calls from the store with even an apology for the 08.00 time and a phone call from the van driver to let me know that they were on their way. The delivery guys were clean( covering their shoes) were pleasant and respectful and took all the rubbish away with them which was a service I had paid for and left everything clean and tidy. A very satisfying experience

It was a wonderful experience getting my bed from dreams. The lady that helped me choose it was a lovely, friendly lady with great knowledge of the products. I was notified of the delivery the day before with a time slot of 2 hours and the men came on time . The men were lovely too, very friendly and respectful of my house, they were very careful not to damage anything. The whole experience was really good. Thank you to everyone at Dreams xx
