The service, delivery, all very good.

Great experience from start to finish. Knowledgable helpful staff. Great selection of beds. Very happy with my choice of bed and mattress. Never slept so well since buying it and it looks great too. Excellent quality and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Our original bed from Dreams was not as comfortable as it once was. We went into the local store (Newport, Isle of Wight) and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Over a coffee we decided on our new bed. We were told it would probably take about 4 weeks for delivery, it came in two. The delivery was due between 0745-0945. The bed was up and ready to use by 0830 that day. Lovely bed, perfect service. Many thanks

Everything was done to the highest standard from when I first looked at beds in the store to the delivery and building up of the bed I would recommend dreams to everone

Unfortunately I have been waiting over a week for customer service to respond to me regarding a hole in the bottom of the mattress I had delivered. I have called the store and been told I can have £75 back and keep the mattress or they will send someone over to inspect the damage even though I have provided photographic evidence. Don't usually give poor reviews regarding a service bur when you've spent over £1100 on something you kinda expect a prompt reply if everything is not in order. I'd like to add that the member of staff i dealt with at my local store was superb and very helpful in me finding my mattress, so this review is purely on how the case has been dealt since delivery.

I cancelled my delivery and collection of my old mattress when I purchased my new one from you, but after 8 days, I am still waiting for my refund of £40 on my credit card
