I loved trying out the sleepmatch machine is store.

Staff in shop were excellent and very friendly, professional and helpful.
Delivery guys communicated well in advance, arrived as scheduled, very polite, respectful of my property and very helpful

The in store staff member Cameron was very helpful from the time we entered the store to completing our purchase. Our bed was delivered on time and the delivery team were very courteous and professional during the delivery process which took very little time.

The Matilda mattress I bought is very good I bought a pillow at the same time pity I didn’t ask the price it was £149 which I thought was over the top thank you

Really happy with my mattress. I only went in to browse - ended up buying one straight away . Staff very knowledgable - I described what I wanted and was pointed towards the mattress I then bought.
Delivery gave a small window which didn’t leave me waiting in all day - they arrived bang on time. I forgot to take the recycle bag away and castle marina staff sorted this from their end after a call so that the delivery men could take away my old mattress safely as per their hygiene policy.
I’m so happy with it - I have had problems getting to sleep for ages and now I go out like a light - fabulous mattress - well worth spending up and as this mattress had £400 off in the sale which was brilliant - can’t fault the product, sales staff or delivery - really pleased.

The salesman assured us that it would fit up the stairs, when we described the access to him. When it arrived and wouldn't fit, he blamed us! He was argumentative and rude! I complained about this to their customer services department. They are not customer focused, nor do they offer any service; they just ignore you! So I complained to their CEO, Jonathan Hirst. Guess what!? Nothing! I will never, ever go anywhere near that place again! Never!
