Great bed , very smart

Delivery was very good and professional and I am very pleased with my new bed and mattress.

My experience at Dreams went very
smoothly helped by a lovely lady called
Jane. She explained everything in detail
which was good. It was nice to be offered coffee as well. I am so pleased
with my new mattress, base and
headboard.

Fitters were polite,cleaned and cleared all the debris away. They assembled the bed and placed the mattress in place. Very happy with the bed and experience.

Don was very helpful and informative, it’s a minefield buying a bed however, it’s made simple with some technology and great staff to help,

Used the Comfort machine and gave several matches, the Lady in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was not pushy and listened to me, took me through several options several times until i made a decission on each item. Very friendly.

From entering the store to leaving found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Did not feel pressured into making a purchase from the store and was given the required time to look around. More stores should adopt this approach.

Very good choice of beds. We are very pleased with the customer service and the bed we have. It wasn't cheap but we think it was worth the money.
