Jane the lady at dreams was amazing and ensured I had the correct mattress.

From viewing the beds in the shop to having it delivered and put up was hassle free. The staff in the shop were very helpful and didn't rush me and let me take as long as I wanted. The delivery drivers were very respectful and polite and wore shoe protectors whilst in the house. Overall a great experience

Good advice about the relevent type of bed l require for a back problem. Able to try all the relevent beds to find the correct one for me. Pleasant young lady advised about beds with no pressure also purchased a tempa memory foam pillow.

Bought a king sized mattress from dreams. Upon entering the store we was welcomed by a friendly gentleman who helped us throughout. We went to the tester bed where it tells you what mattress is best for you which was very interesting and useful to know. We went around the store browsing and testing before we settled on the perfect mattress. The experience was great, really helpful and made the process of choosing a mattress much easier. When the mattress was delivered they took it straight to my room and were very helpful when delivering. Communication for delivery was great. All round fantastic experience and would recommend purchasing from dreams.

7 days in after visiting the store in Stoke, with a pre arranged delivery date - the removal and installation went very smoothly. We were kept updated for our delivery with an ETA of 07.30 - the lads arrived at 07.20 (& we were ready). Job completed by 08.15. Excellent 100% satisfaction.....very much recommend- Plus the bed's a DREAM...

After having a nightmare with an oline company and receiving a bed not worthy of my dog to sleep on. Myself and my husband visited Dreams, we were greeted by Andy- if you need a new mattress this is your go to man. He was fab, friendly, knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Andy listened and sympathised with our situation and did everything in his power to help solve our problem. We left dreams extremely happy and it has restored our faith after a disastrous online purchase. I will never make that mistake again and will be 100% returning to dreams and andy for any future purchases
