My parcel was well packed and delivered on time on a day that I had chosen. The pork loin joint was well butchered and presented and it cooked beautifully.

Worth thinking about???
I very much wanted to try your ready made pies. I’m a singleton and quite honestly the thought of having to have 4 same filling has put me off buying.
I’m giving it a go but with a small appetite one pie will last 2 evenings.
Why, why, can’t you do mixed packs?
One of each filling or even 2 of each would make these a much more attractive purchase for me. I doubt I’m the only person with this thought

Dukeshill always deliver in every way
Dukeshill always deliver in every way. Their products are wonderful and their York Ham the very best in the UK. I have used them for over 10 years and have used them for my Xmas ham and main. The best Rib of beef I’ve had and their other meats are always great. Always delivered well packed and signed of by someone. Great customer service if any problems and have gone above and beyond in the past with me. Highly recommend them.

What a company
I love this company. Have been dealing with them for many years now and they have never let me down. Their food is outstanding. I always buy their mince pies at Christmas. They keep forever. We eat the last of them at Easter. This year we ate the last of our Christmas chicken in August. Still delicious. I could go on and on.

When ordering a 2kg sirloin joint, we appreciate that receiving two separate 1kg joints was not what you were expecting. We also understand why this caused an issue for you when you specifically portion the joint yourself to suit your needs. Receiving two thinner joints instead significantly changes what you are able to do with the product.
We are especially sorry to hear that this experience has now made you reluctant to order your Christmas sirloin and ham from us. We certainly would not want one disappointing order to affect the confidence you have built in DukesHill over the years.
