Great products and excellent customer service and communication.

The quality of the food is always first class and value for money.

I favour it over supermarkets as I live on my own I have access to better quality meats and ingredients and I can buy a baby ham sufficient for my needs.

The delivery was on time. Packaged well to keep it cool,the contents were perfect.

I am a very old person and have used this company for very many years. I know the tastes of their biscuits, their pickles, their pork, lamb and chicken.As for their HAM! ....well, Xmas is NOT Xmas without DukesHill Ham. I have used this company for many years and have been receiving the optimum service on all counts their food is as they say it is and I endorse their use of the house phrase indeed I have been tempted to eat the pictures the superbly printed catalogue presents and lastly the delivery service mirrors the overall experience but now a word for the telephone link I include the wonderful staff who take my orders and who also advise the packers name

Customer service is 1st class. Telephone customer assistants are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I am obsessed with the smoked streaky bacon and cannot get enough of it! It is SO tasty, no white gunk and crisps up really quickly. I literally wont buy any other bacon now.

Marvellous in a Brioche Bun and ketchup. As with all deliveries from DukesHill. Arrived on time, brilliantly packaged. We re-use the cold packs a lot at home for loads of things.

Superb quality of food only let down is delivery which they might want to re visit anything going through the Wolverhampton depot of DPD is doomed one delivery failed to materialise despite being perishable.
Replacement sent but arrived with an item missing.

All bacon products very good especially the smoked bit disappointed with the fish pie tasty expensive for a very small pie unless you are trying to compete with Charlie Bingham otherwise very good meat products

Superb, quality products, really tasty. We have tried a range of items (ham, steak & ale pies, cheese and onion pies and Stilton topped pork pies, lemon half chicken and smoked trout pate). Without exception, all were delicious. The ordering system is easy and delivery on a chosen date is so convenient. One website improvement suggestion would be the ability to filter freezable items from non freezable?

Excellent smoked salmon. As good as it gets. Very efficient phone contact experience too.

I used to shop at my local supermarket for my meat etc and thought I’d try DukesHill. At first i thought a little expensive but once I tried it I was wrong. There’s none of that water bloated meat like the local supermarkets and it’s actually nice to taste meat how it should. Once cooked the meat isn’t half the size it started off as. I now intend to do my monthly meat shop from them as being single it actually works out cheaper than the local supermarkets. One tiny little moan is the gammon steaks could be a little thicker. One last thing is you have to try the pork chops, a proper pork chop, thick cut and proper crackling.

No complaints here, all very tasty and top quality thanks.

I found this company online some time ago, I can honestly say that their bacon and sausages are just about the best I've ever tasted.
Last Christmas we decided to forego all the usual Christmas lunch excess with the endless left overs and had a salmon en croute. It did not disappoint. This isn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but you get what you pay for and with dukeshill you get quality. Securely packaged , delivered on time. I need a bigger freezer.
