The Delivery was delivered.
However, I did not get notified in anyway that it was delivered.
It was left on my front door step for over 5 hours

My order (which was for a special…
My order (which was for a special occasion) did not arrive. I phoned Dukeshill the following day, who were already away that there was an issue with the parcel, yet they hadn’t let me know!
There was no time to re order. Dukeshill offered a refund.
Had they let me know I wouldn’t have been left waiting all day, and would have had time to re order. We will not order again.
A member of the team offered me a refund. Nothing more, nothing less, and that was after I had emailed them.

DukeHill have recently acquired Donald Russell who I have ordered from previously. I placed my first order and was delighted with the service provided by DukesHill. The products were of high quality. I will most certainly be ordering from Dukeshill again - I just wish they did not use DPD to "deliver" as they are undoubtedly the worst delivery company in the UK

Good quality.
the products are good quality as opposed to supermarket quality, no horrible white residue on frying. good thickness and flavour. wood definitely buy again.
The only negative is the delivery. you need to make sure you are in on delivery day. they leave it outside and drive away before I even opened the door. I think Dukes hill need to have strong words with the courier.

The delivery service aren't reliable
The delivery service aren't reliable, we have found with DPD they ignore your instructions and in this case (order no #558873) the weather was very hot, the box was left on the doorstep, not inside the porch as constantly instructed to DPD, in the blazing sun, hence the contents had defrosted. We ate as much as we could cook immediately but not happy had to throw some out!

We understand how frustrating it is when delivery instructions aren't followed, particularly during hot weather. While we work closely with our delivery partners, we're sorry that your parcel was left in direct sunlight rather than in your porch as requested. We will escalate a complaint to the courier used.
We'd also like to reassure customers that our products are not intended to arrive frozen. They are packed to stay chilled in transit, so it is perfectly safe for them to arrive cool rather than frozen. However, if any products arrive no longer cool to the touch, we would always encourage customers to contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible so we can investigate and put things right.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us continue to improve both our service and the delivery experience.

Very unhappy with this order, scotch eggs rolling around in box and items felt damp packaging not like usual standards.
Please cancel my catalogue delivery as I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

We had a family garden party
We had a family garden party, we ordered all the meat & cheeses from DukesHill. The Sirloin beef, chicken and sausages were superb quality, the cheese’s were excellent. They also sent a free gift of a bottle of Rose’ & a box of chocolate’s, thank you DukesHill we will be back again soon.

Beef Sirloin, Sublime perfection !…
The 1 kilo Beef Sirloin Joint was stunningly good. Seared on all sides of a very hot pan, then roasted for 35 minutes in the oven at 170c fan.. Left to rest for 20 minutes.. Rare side of medium rare. Sublime perfection !

First class service and food
First time ordering so only ordered a few things to try. Well on the delivery day I opened my order and everything well packed , we decided to have one of each pies to try, we really was looking forward to trying them and from the look to the taste we were not disappointed , also we had the sausage for breakfast and again top marks.
