Horrible horrible horrible!

First they get you with not seeing the vip membership and you get charged 44$ Canadian.

Then you get the razor after waiting 2-3 weeks and it doesn’t even take a single hair off your body. There’s nothing even remotely close to a smoothest shave ever.

i saw the FB add for the dusk lady shaver, and b/c I have been burned in the past, more times than I care to count, I looked on my computer the name of the company - at first glance, the two ads look identical....but the prices were not. the computer add said Black Friday Special: one razor for $39.80, two for $69.60 and the FB add/video said one for $19.99 and two for $34.99...the phone number to contact the customer support on the FB add: (307) 429-4106 only rings half a ring then an automated system says the number you have dialed has a program set up that cannot identify your number, and therefor, cannot accept the call, then it hangs up on you.
My question/comment to anyone who cares to respond: Hey, Mark Zuckerburg!!! How about you use some of your millions, billions, of dollars you have earned from all of the suckers who have bought into your social experiment and put some dang security/fraud preventions on your damn computer program!!

the razor does not do what it promises to do. It does not give you a smooth shave.

The shaver does not give a smooth shave at all. I had to go over the site with my 5 blade razor. It also cut me.

Same story as every other review. In fact, I even questioned them via email when I tried to return about how it was clearly an unbranded razor and they spun me a story about how their US warehouse was out of product and so they sent it directly from the manufacturer in order to expedite my shipment. It took six weeks to get here and had a label from a local town to try and make it seem like it came from in state. They offered to take the return for a restocking fee, despite the fact that there was no restocking fee mentioned on their website. When I pushed back, they then offered me a 50% refund and to keep the razor, which I refused to accept, and then they told me that I could not return it because it was a hygiene product, despite the fact that I had never used it. Their website claims a money back guarantee. Filed a dispute with my bank, about a week later received an email from another representative asking me to reverse the chargeback as it would “help them tremendously”. I responded explaining to her the situation and told her it would have “helped me tremendously” had they refunded it because it would have been more damaging for me as an individual to be out $70 than to them as a company. I got a response from another representative the same day once again asking me to reverse the charges, and that their finance department would work with me to refund the product. I have ignored the email. Totally a scam. It is a plastic razor. That is no better than any other razor that you can get from some third-party seller on the Internet. Don’t get taken.

Ordered Sept 11. Received Nov 1. Sat in China for 29 days before I stopped checking tracking. They refused to refund because they said it was sent. Got my money back through my bank. Was very surprised when a parcel showed up in my Canada Post tracking. Not surprisingly when it finally arrived it was not at all as advertised. Cheap knock off labeled lady shaver not ProGlide 3 with none of the features described in their advertisements. The website and email has changed twice within the described time frame. Customer service…wasn’t. They did contact me the day following delivery though to ask me to reverse my payment reversal. I responded with send me a sticker to return your falsely advertised product to the Canadian address it finally arrived from once the postal strike is dealt with.
Do not buy the ProGlide 3 from duskofficial.com or duskofficialco.com - scam product and scam company.

I was suckered into buying the dusk official shaver from a Facebook ad. I paid $46.75 for the shaver and a lifetime warranty. I received tracking information the day after purchase but tracking didn’t work and the website no longer exists. The product showed up 40 days later and it is unbranded junk labeled as a “lady shaver”. The shaver heads don’t even work. I filed a report through PayPal. Total scam

Unbranded cheap razor from China despite website showing branded made by them product, they proclaimed to be the real deal.
I contacted them and they did get back to me quickly, however I was only offered 50% of my money back for this knock off product. Also took forever to arrive and damaged my skin.
Do not buy.

It’s been over a month. I still haven’t received it so much for the 8 to 10 business days is coming from China. God knows what I’m gonna get if I get anything! emailing them gets you nowhere literally…unless you threatened to file a claim with Paypal!

Horrible product! Total scam. It came in a box from China that said “Lady Shaver”.

Would give 0 Stars if I could. Just like others, I watched ads on social media and thought I would give this a go. But after ordering on supposedly express delivery, I never received the item. Customer communications are basically non existent. There is no phone number for them and emails can't be replied too. Absolutely 110% scammers!! I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. And just like others it states that it comes from the US but the tracking they try to provide is from China. I had to do a charge back through my bank to get my money back!! AVOID this company and site at all costs.

Cheap junk. It's an unbranded Temu shaver that they've tripled the price on. The exact same product is available on Temu for $15. I did a side-by-side on my legs, and my 5 year old Panasonic gives better results. Should have known when you can't submit a review on their website, but they claim all 4 starts and up! Shipped from China based on the tracking number they sent, but repackaged at some private address in IL and sent to me - 5 weeks later. Don't waste your time.

0 is the only appropriate rating for this company and product. Never received the product, had to request a refund, which they haven’t delivered on. Their customer service is complete trash. Basically, ordering from this company is the equivalent of sitting down to use the toilet, and then pulling your pants right up instead a courtesy wipe. It feels good on the front end but will leave you disgusted with your choices.

Claims that product ships from US warehouses and will be received in 5-7 business days, but it comes from China. It has already been a couple weeks since I ordered and according to tracking, it is still in China. Wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing.

The item is not legit, the pictured shaver has the dusk logo on however what’s arrived is not labelled and on the box says “lady shaver”. Was taken in by the social media ads, luckily I actually received my parcel unlike other folk but it’s obviously not a branded product and is instead a counterfeit. Havent used it, but will be wary of it. Ads all say UK however came from China and took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Looks suspiciously like the cheap ones on amazon which are a fraction of price. Avoid!!

I too, like many others here have fallen prey to this scam business! I ordered and have not received the items. Tracking number does not work, however keep getting emails with apparently a new tracking number - does not work. Support - does not exist, cannot get hold of anyone. I have launched a claim with Pay Pal, however- I am using Paypal - pay in 4 and am furious that I still must continue to pay under this agreement whilst it is investigated. So, this scam business just keeps pocketing all the money! I just want my money back. Fingers crossed that my claim is approved

Can’t believe I fell for it!!!! I’ve been had! TOTAL SCAM. Hoping I can get money back as I bought on credit card. Bought on 15/09, received nothing, no confirmation email either. Gutted.
