I ordered the shaver that’s been all over social media and was scammed. I ordered on 9/8/24 with confirmation of my order and label. Nothing since and when I went to contact them to see what was going on, the website, emailed, etc didn’t work. I took a screenshot of the order confirmation and it even states the order was “successfully saved with Shop Pay” but nothing is in my Shop account. So disappointing that Instagram still has the ad up with so many with legit claims this is a scam.
Do Not Buy This :/

Don’t receive item.
Tracking details disappear.

Ordered a razor. That day i received order confirmation. The next day I got shipping confirmation. As soon as it was paid for the support email address was invalid and the website was gone. TOTAL SCAM

SCAM SCAM… would give less than a star but unfortunately i cant! The company actually just takes you money and you get NOTHING!! The website no longer exists! The email address no long exist!! Bank is looking into the fact that never received product and company actually doesn’t seem to exist!! I’m sure I’m out the $$! I actually but the two bundle :(

I did receive an email when I first placed the order saying label was created but nothing since… oh wait I take that back I got about 8 emails trying to get me to buy more!!!

SCAM.. can't believe I fell for this.. seemed so light. Relieved confirmation email and tracking number.. then when I went to check again, site can no longer be reached and emails bounced back 😒

Definite scam! Ordered 9/8/24 and received tracking info email on 9/9/24 saying the product was coming from China. As of today 9/23/24 the website, Support email, and tracking all no longer exist.

Ordered on 9/13/24, then to come to find out it's shipping from China! I'm usually pretty good on a scam. But I messaged them off the site, when it was still up as I questioned if there are replacement heads and they messaged me right back.

Should I wait a few more days to fight a refund through Paypal?? I guess I should have not purchased it on Friday the 13th :(

SCAM, order placed order number received then the website disappeared!!! No contact since

I usually don’t fall for these, but I was scammed into buying one razor from these guys for $57. Lucky I didn’t buy two. My bank is investigating. I can’t contact them and all emails bounce back. Very disappointing.

An order was made for the Glide Razor 3.0 on Tuesday, Sept 17th. A confirmation was sent immediately, order #67947. Next day an email with a tracking number was sent. Multiple marketing emails were sent each day trying to get me to purchase additional razors. All seemed a okay. Until I got the tracking number and clicking on it took me to a page on the DuskOfficialSite. I looked a things closer once I also noticed it was being shipped from China. I immediately knew something was off. So I tried to cancel by replying to email. It bounced back. I tried to click on links in emails and go to the site organically to no avail. The site is gone. I went back and looked at the emails I was receiving up until mid-day yesterday and the last few had the same images but went to a different website.
Can't believe I got suckered and didn't catch it in time. I have been kicking myself for the last 24 hours. filed a dispute with card company but I'm chalking it up to a $35 lesson.

I ordered The Glide Pro 3.0 off the Dusk Official website on 8/25 and received it on 9/11. Upon opening the box, I found that it was not as advertised. There was no LED light, the battery life was awful (specific language on the site is “30 days straight of being turned on - you'll never need to worry about charging”) as it was down from 100% to 70% after running it for only 10 minutes, and the position of the power button meant I would constantly hit it accidentally while shaving and turn the shaver off.

I contacted the company on 9/12, saying that I would like to return the product as it was not as advertised, in accordance with their 30-day money back guarantee. I received a response the next day (9/13) from someone named Maria, asking me to provide a little bit more info about why I wanted to return and they would have their fulfillment team send me a return label. I replied back that day, stating the reasons I included above. Since then, crickets. I have followed up multiple times and received no response at all. I am going to see if I can work with paypal to get my money back because based on a full week of no responses to my multiple follow ups, I don't think Dusk is going to stand by their guarantee and allow me to return & give me my money back.

A few other things as a note/warning:
- I noticed on their website in the past week that they have taken down their contact form, and just direct people to the support email address (the one that's not responding).
- The video they show on their website is actually not their product at all.
- They used to claim that the shaver was MD backed - showing a picture of a doctor but the name attributed to the "review" from the doctor didn't match the name on the Doctor's coat (so clearly an image stolen from somewhere else online)
- In the past week they've also made it so that none of the text on their website is selectable.... sketchy.

If Dusk Official would like to reach out to me and give me the refund I've been asking for, I will gladly update my review. Order #4108
