Fantastic Service
I got fantastic personal from Richard and the team. I was in need of a couple of items, fairly last minute. Richard was able to source the second item I needed and I received my order ahead of time and at a great price, better than the other generic websites.
Would highly recommended.

Very pleased with my purchase
I had been doing some research on recording interfaces and had decided on the RME 802 FS AE as it appeared to be the most stable of all I had found.It also has a long history with support of driver updates compared to its competitors and a work horse with longevity.Richard was very helpful in his advice and luckily it was on a special price and the last day.I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Extremely helpful with out of stock lens
I ordered a Samyang 135mm lens on the 29th Dec and unfortunately it was not in stock, it wasn't in stock anywhere I could find. So was hopeful Eastwood Sound & Vision definitely had one, as the website indicated they had stock.
Unfortunately, like everywhere else, there wasn't any, but instead of letting me wait ages to find that out I was contacted by Richard Eastwood the very next morning asking if I'd be able to wait until their supplier was available to contact on the 05/01/26, which I was happy to do considering I was limited in options anyway.
Without prompting, I got an email on the 5th letting me know it'd be another 6-8 weeks for the supplier to get stock, and asked me if I would prefer a full refund or to wait.
I opted to wait, at every check in point and every correspondence, Richard, and subsequently Mark Eastwood have been extremely helpful, Richard even checked stock from other retailers and contacts to see if he could arrange anything sooner. Definitely went above and beyond.
Today, the lens finally arrived and it's spot on. I'd highly recommend Eastwood Sound & Vision, really friendly service and I'd definitely order from here again. Just hopefully the next thing i order is in stock haha!
