My experience was impressive. Everything went very well, Pro Tools works great, and they helped me perfectly with redeeming the license for my products. They showed a lot of patience and were always very communicative via email.

Dont normally give reviews, but every time I've dealt with ESV I couldnt have been happier. Their price match guarantee is genuine and they are so easy to deal with. Spoke on the phone and placed my order online following. Delivery was speedy despite the Bank Holiday. Great company.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
It was an emergency situation for me. Needed an Item to use for an event. so I search up on line and I found this company. I contacted them and they told me it’s in stock I requested to collect the item as I needed it that very day and delivery is not an option. They agreed for me to collect the items. I made a payment and went to collect the item. Upon arrival I accidentally knocked down their premises wall to my surprise the gentleman man was calm about it and said I shouldn’t worry, mind you I was already stressed out. He nicely handed the item over to me and I left. The item works really well, good quality and better price than any other. One of the EXCELLENT customer services I’ve ever seen and good quality products. I will buy again!!!

Great Service
From the point of purchase to the delivery I felt I was kept up to date of the progress and was at ease knowing everything was under control. I will happily use these guys again when looking for AV equipment. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Eastwood Sound & Vision show how thigs should be done.
