This company also trades under the name Blais1817 who sell bicycles. I ordered one but have no tracking details and their phone number and email address are phoney. They use Shopify for payments, etc. who should know better. Don’t trust Blais1817.

Ordered a slushy machine which was apparently in stock. Took 8 working days to arrive (which is a lot longer than stated) I actually requested a refund and miraculously got a phone call from a delivery company that same day saying it would be there the next day!

Check prices elsewhere. I was able to get the product I purchased for less than half the price charged by EasyEquipment from a Nisbitts. I was unable to process a return request using EasyEquipments website, and am being charged a 25% restocking fee.

Placed one order, two items, both delivered on two different days, no emails, no tracking, couldnt even be bothered to call the courier to confirm the item was still on the van, customer service a call answering service not in the Uk trained just to listen and say sorry, promised call backs that never happened.

Do not use this company. Im pretty sure they are a scam company. I ordered a fan. It hasnt arrived. The delivery terms are crazy. A three day wait where you have to be all day and they dont specify a date or time. No answer to emails or to phone calls. Do not use them. They should be shut down by trading standards. I am making a complaint.

Ordered a commercial sink which was delivered late and at wrong address. Courier then threw item over fence into gas tank area. I was unaware asked for refund etc and was just lied to and fobbed off. Now having to take legal action because they refuse to respond to emails or answer calls. Avoid like the plague disgusting company to deal with.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The first item I received was faulty, Second time the machine arrived with parts missing, making it unusable as well. Receiving one defective item is frustrating, but receiving a second item with missing components shows a lack of quality control. The return and replacement process has been inconvenient and time-consuming. I expected a much better experience and cannot recommend based on my experience.

not helpful i bought fryer with in month its thermostat gone and i rung them they cant give me detail or send anyone to fix it struggling to find part for this brand absoulutely garbage.

Useless, I ordered an item and was told it would be delivered on March 26. I am still waiting for it. Each time I call i am told it will be delivered the next day but nothing. I have emailed them with no response and I cant get through and left voice messages but those are not returned either.

The quality and service are excellent! I purchased a product, and even though there was an issue, the support team was responsive and handled everything seamlessly, ensuring I had a great experience.

After purchasing a professional Dishwasher on the 31st July 2025, it has now broken with only the warranty team able to help. Great except the warranty team do not have a telephone to help only email address. After sending an email for help, i have not had any response at all after 2 days. Totally unacceptable when you purchase equipment at over £1,000 with direct contact for a faulty item after 4 months! Very poor after sales

The worst company to deal with ever! we bought an ice machine in August 2025, which stopped working on September 24. From that moment, we struggled to deal with the warranty (no contact telephone number, just the general customer number, just by email and the only response was: "an engineer will be on the site within 3 working days". The engineer never came around. I asked for a full refund.... answer" we're gonna contact the warranty team and an engineer will attend the site in 3 working days!!!!"
This company sound like a huge SCAM!!!

Got one digit wrong ordering a replacement part. Wanted to return, too late!
They only allow 14 days to accept a return even when the item is unused.
Useless customer service.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Bought a water boiler kettle for work which broke within 4 weeks. Contacted the ‘warranty’ team on multiple occasions for a solution, to which they stopped replying after just telling us to ‘clean’ it. Conveniently the warranty team are uncontainable via phone and have left a small company out of pocket with a broken kettle and a potential hazard.

Worst company in the uk … you can’t speak to them direct …. It’s all over email, faulty electrical equipment and won’t change or refund only had the item for 3 weeks. There is a consumer rights act 2015 that they do not comply to …. Scam of a company and a joke …. STAY CLEAR OF EASY EQUIPMENT…..

Purchased an ice machine that stopped working after 5 weeks. They refused to replace without original packaging ( cardboard box ) after numerous emails to comply with everything they insisted and completing an installation report ; our machine was fitted by a man who worked at comet for years installing equipment, EasyEquipment then refused to replace or refund due to the installation not be by an electrician! AVOID this company at all cost. It will be an expensive mistake. We will now be going through Trading Standards.
My advice ….. shop somewhere else.

I ordered a fridge. They sent me a broken fridge. I returned it to them. But they havent refund me for ages. Whenever i contact with them, they say we will complete tomorrow, next week bla bla..
They are like scammers.

Purchased equipment from this company items were never sent, chased them three weeks later, told items were still in warehouse, then charged a 25% restocking fee as not correct. Spoke with CHARLES part of warehouse team, terrible customer service, left on hold ...

The Tap is working and does the job it is asked for. A useful size with easy to use taps.

It was easy to order and delivery was very good too
I would definitely order from this site again
