Wow! This cake was delicious. I ordered a vanilla sponge with a photo topper and it looked amazing.
Delivery on time and the cake was really well packaged. Would certainly buy again.

I have used this company lots of times they are amazing and will help if you need to email them. There has never been any issues and the pictures always turn out clear and perfect with no parts chopped off . Delivery is prompt and I will continue to use .im no professional but my cakes always turn out gorgeous with the help of eat your photo

Fantastic service, saved my day doing a cake topper as another company let me down at last minute, it arrived well packaged, at the time is was meant to be delivered, it was even pre cut which I really appreciated, as it saved time, nice and thin so sat on the cake beautifully, no curled corners, smelled lovely, very easy, quick communication and straight forward transaction, the quality for money is worth it, obviously cost me a little more as I required next day delivery, but you expect to pay that for a quicker service. Very happy customer will definitely be using again in the future. 😊🎂

The cupcakes we recieved were PEEFECT!
Looked exactly how I imagined and tasted amazing! They were a hit at our party and were complimented a lot.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars were after a call from Paula about one of the photos being an issue, I called my husband in a panic to resend the photo and another one for just incase as the emails on my phone weren’t working (I was at work at the time and couldn’t do anything about it). After both my husband and I tried to call and both of us emailed to check if our order was alright we recieved no notification that everything was okay, only that our order was on the was on the way.
Order arrived on time and packed well.

Lack of communication is really my only fault, everything else was spot on.
A huge thank you to the team regardless
We will be ordering again for our next occasion though.

Third time ordering personalised cakes from here - amazing as ever - ordered photo gift cake and brownies - the quality of the photos on the icing is outstanding and the chocolate cake and brownies taste delicious.
Delivery service also impeccable with the cakes being well packaged and arriving as promised!!

This is my second time ordering from this company. What interested me first was the additional cake flavours a part from the mundane chocolate sponge and Victorian sponge cake. Although these are delicious. This company also prepares carrot cake and lemon cake and a couple other flavours.
The cake is well packaged. When I received it, the cake was moist, full of flavour and scrumptiously delicious.

1st time iv ordered from this company & certainly will not be the last. Excellent service, kept up to date and delivery 1st class.

The cake was for my husbands 60th with a picture of his beloved car. It was the best cake ever, very very moist, delicious and fresh. It was packed very well which was good as the drive passed it to me upside down lol, but no damage and arrived on the date as per request.

If you really want something special this is the company to use, you will not be disappointed. Well done to the team you did a fantastic job.

The price of the cake was so reasonable, the cake was delivered on the day chosen (I was a little worried with it being sent via DPD) tracking the cake was easy, the cake was packaged extremely well.
OMG the cake itself was moist and tasted AMAZING! All our family and friends asked us where we had got the cake, the photo was an exact match to the photo I sent in, I loved the choices of the boarder around the picture and the choice of bow colours, I was also really pleased with the choice of cake flavours.
I would DEFINITELY recommend 'eat your photo cake' to everyone.

I so badly hoped I wouldn't have to write a bad review for this company, but here we are.

I guess it's more to do with DPD than Eat Your Photo, but as this is the delivery firm they have entrusted, I guess they have to take the bullet.

The two stars are for the cake itself, which was well-presented and tasty.

BUT...

The day it was due to be delivered...DPD decided not to deliver it 'due to an unexpected issue'.

The cake did eventually get delivered but the damage had been done. A day late was really of no use. Hugely disappointed and a lesson learnt not to do the whole cake delivery thing again.

What an absolutely great service the cake not only looked great the taste was amazing I was nervous and sceptical how this would arrive and we'll it was perfectly packaged not a bump a scratch or a thing out of place and by far the absolute best and affordable way to buy a cake and ha e just what you want on it my granddaughter was over the moon and everyone at her party commented how amazing it was and clever how it comes delivered perfectly so if your are wondering shall I take the plunge do it you will not be dossapointed amazing flavour soft moist and light cake full of flavour and lovely buttercream we will be coming back for more

Firstly the ordering was easy, then the cakes were delivered when you said they would be and lastly I had so many compliments / comments about how moist and tasty the cakes were.

My son and all his friends as well as their parents adored the cake.

My only comment would be that the courier company didn’t follow the instructions on the box and turned the cake on its side. The courier man said he can’t be bothered to follow instructions as he has too many boxes. I disagree with his approach. Luckily the cake wasn’t damaged. But I would highlight to the courier that their staff must follow instructions.
I would love to order another cake in the future, provided the courier company take care.

I couldn’t put less than one star. I paid for next day delivery for a set of photos for my son’s birthday and there was obviously a mix up and I received the wrong order. With little time to fix the issue I can’t get through to the company to speak to anyone to try and resolve the issue and also ask for a refund. I am absolutely gutted.

Awful product ☹️ ordered cake ribbon and cake topper for my husband's cake, it tasted vile and spoiled the cake completely. The company forgot to mention beforehand that the cake can't be stored in the fridge once their products have been applied - would be nice to know that BEFORE ordering, not after delivery. Very disappointing products and lack of transparency!!
